What is your refund policy?

We value your satisfaction. Refund requests can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase, and we will assist you promptly.

 

Are refunds provided for order ahead placed at the wrong location?

Please verify your pick-up at the time of purchase. No refunds will be granted for orders placed at the wrong location.

 

How do I become a Checkers & Rally’s Rewards member?

You can register for the program in one of the following ways:

  • Download the Checkers & Rally’s mobile app and create an account.
  • Go to www.checkers.com/rewards and click “Sign Up”.

 

Does it cost anything to become a member?

No, there is no cost associated with becoming a Checkers & Rally’s Rewards member.

 

What age do I have to be to become a member?

You must be 13 or over in order to become a member of the Checkers and Rally’s Rewards member.

 

What are the benefits of Checkers and Rally’s Rewards?

Guests will earn 5 points for every $1 they spend. Once a guest collects 400 points they will receive a $5 reward which is automatically added to their Rewards Wallet. The reward can be used on the next visit simply by checking in using the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or by providing your account phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase.

 

How do I know how many Checkers and Rally’s points I have earned?

Log into your account on the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or view your account online at www.checkers.com/rewards. When you get to the Rewards Page, click Login, and enter your username and password on the next page. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.

 

How to Claim Rewards Points?

If you forget or are unable to seek your points as a Member during checkout when making a qualifying purchase at a Participating Restaurants, you may seek to claim points for that purchase, subject to the following requirements and limitations on such after-the-fact claims:
• The points request can be submitted by following this process: visit checkers.com/redeem or use the mobile app, sign-in to your Program account, select claim rewards, and enter the 29 digit code found at the bottom of your printed purchase receipt from the restaurant
• The request must be submitted within 72 hours after the purchase. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Limit two (2) submissions per 72-hour period, and four (4) submissions per calendar month, per Member.
• Each submission is limited to a maximum of 400 points, regardless of the amount of the purchase shown on the receipt.
• Each submission must be submitted exactly as described above. Checkers reserves the right to deny any claims not meeting all requirements. Please allow up to 14 days for claims to be reviewed and processed.

 

Will my Checkers and Rally’s dollars expire if I don’t use them right away?

Earned Checkers and Rally’s Rewards dollars expire 60 days from the time they are issued to you. Any Rewards dollars that are not redeemed within that time period will expire.

 

I had a reward on my account and it disappeared before I could use it. What happened?

We’re sorry you didn’t get to enjoy your reward. Some of our rewards are offered for a limited time only and expire after the period ends. Please note that we specify the expiration guidelines at the time rewards are made so please check the offer details when you receive notice of a reward.

What information do I need to provide to register for a Checkers and Rally’s Rewards account?

When you register, you will be asked to provide your first name, last name, phone number, birthday, and e-mail address. During registration, you will also be asked to create a username and password to access your account

 

After I register, what do you do with my information?

We use this information to send you information on special offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account at the restaurant if you aren’t checked in using our Checkers and Rally’s mobile app.

 

Can I use Checkers and Rally’s Rewards at all Checkers or Rally’s restaurants?
