Single Restaurant Agreements

In some of the markets where Checkers/Rally's has established a significant restaurant presence, we’re looking to simply ”fill in“ a few gaps in the trade area with a single restaurant. We have designated these markets as Mature Markets.

These opportunities are limited and availability within a given market is subject to change. To build a single restaurant, a newly approved franchisee must submit a site to our Development Committee for review prior to proceeding. The Development Committee would review the proposed site for our site criteria and to ensure that it does not infringe on an existing restaurant’s trade area.
