Multi-Unit Manager

The Area Manager effectively and efficiently manages approximately seven restaurants and provides leadership and support to restaurant management teams at those restaurants, while adhering to the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high performing restaurant management teams. Qualifications include at least three to five years multi-unit management experience and a high school education.

General Manager

The General Manager effectively and efficiently manages a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high performing work teams consisting of assistant managers, shift managers and team members. This position reports to the Area Manager. Qualifications include: at least two years experience in the quick service industry and a minimum of two years experience supervising others, and a high school education.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high-performing work teams which consist of shift managers and team members. This position reports to the General Manager. Qualifications include: at least two years of experience in the quick service industry, a minimum of two years experience supervising others and a high school education.

Shift Manager (hourly)

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction on each and every shift and overall restaurant performance. This position reports to the Assistant Manager/General Manager. Restaurant team members report to this position. High school education is required.
