Our Process

Checkers/Rally’s franchise application process is designed to ensure that you are just as happy with your new business enterprise as we are. Here are the steps involved in joining our team as a franchisee.

1. Complete the initial Inquiry Form here online.
2. A Franchising Representative will contact you to discuss your interest and qualifications.
3. If you are qualified and have continued interest in joining Checkers/Rally’s, a Franchise Information Package will be sent to you in the mail. This package will include more detailed information about Checkers/Rally’s. A Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) will be included in the package.
4. After reviewing the package, you may then complete the Franchise Application Form, the Release, provide requested financial information, sign the UFOC receipt and submit these forms to us with a $1,000.00 application fee.
5. You will be notified upon the completion of our review of your qualifications.
6. If approved, the agreed upon Area Development Agreement will be sent to you for execution.
7. All franchisee prospects who intend to sign the Area Development Agreement and/or Franchise Agreement need to provide the information requested in the Franchise Information Package, submit the required financial information, and sign the UFOC receipt.
